About West Broadway houses

West Broadway’s distinguished residential stretch contains the Mueller, Bowie and Tracker houses across several periods of Derry history. The Mueller property stands near the Witcham Road corner, with the Bowie house four doors away on the same side; the Tracker residence is another large house in the same two-block enclave. The cluster lies north of the old army base and contrasts with denser downtown streets. The atlas presents the three homes together while preserving them as separate properties.

Why this pin is marked A

Named in the novel. The street or the site is named in the text; the exact lot is the atlas’s.

The cluster receives level A because the Witcham corner, same-side sequence, four-house interval and limited two-block character all provide unusually specific local relationships. They strongly constrain the residential stretch. Individual street numbers, lot widths and the exact position of the Tracker house are not supplied. The selected point and illustrative plots preserve order and prestige, but the facades, setbacks, property lines and precise shift along Witcham remain cartographic reconstruction.
